CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING:

Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY:

We make every effort to validate shipping addresses provided during checkout to ensure recognition by the postal service. If an address cannot be validated, we will attempt to contact you for an updated address. In cases where we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
